Fernand & Sons - White
The flinty terroir offers to the Sauvignon blanc a specific expression:
expressive nose from his youth , citrus notes are skillfully balanced with a hint of white pepper and flint . Serve within 3 years .
Fernand & Sons - Red
This red wine is made from the Pinot Noir grape. The freshness typical of wines from the Centre-Loire offers notes of red fruits from his youth . The flexibility and elegance of the tannins allows a tasting from 6 months after the harvest. After one or two years of aging , the matter of wine becomes stronger.
Fernand & Sons - Rosé
The finesse of this dry rosé lies in the cool nights before harvest. We thus find a beautiful freshness , real spinal colum of this wine around which flits of currant , raspberry ....
